Mason's First Hair Cut

It took quite a while for Momma and Dad to give into the idea that Mason could use a trim. His curls were so cute! But they did, and Mason got his first haircut. It was quite the ordeal, but he quickly got over it with the help of a lollipop. Afterwards, the fam celebrated with pizza. Momma and Dad can't believe their baby now looks like such a big boy. Even with his curls gone, he's pretty stinkin cute.

REWIND: 11 Months

By the time Mason turned 11 months, he was walking..... and into everything. Momma and Dad finally decided babyproofing was indeed a necessity.

Mason loves Kat, watching out the window, riding around in his truck, balls of all kinds, and reading books.  Every night, Mason is read book, after book, after book. But first it's bathtime! He's a picture of Peanut on his 11 months B-day.

REWIND: Christmas 2011

Mason's first Christmas! What fun! It all started with picking out the family Christmas tree--then Christmas at the Zoo.  The next weekend, it was Mason's first Phillips Christmas. Then wrapping presents and attending Christmas church services. Then it was family Christmas time.  Mason enjoyed unwrapping his presents but playing with the boxes they came in was the very best part!

REWIND:10 MONTHS

Mason was dedicated at Northview Church December 11, 2012.  It was a special day for Mom and Dad (grandmas and grandpas, aunts, uncles, and cousins too).  There isn't a day that goes by that Mom and Dad don't thank God for Mason.

REWIND: 9 MONTHS

Ahh yes. 9 Months.

At Nine months to the day, Mason said goodbye to the bottle and Momma said goodbye to feeding Mason. Mason drinks only from a sippy cup! Mason is walking very well with help. He loves to push his truck from Mamaw and Papaw around the house. He also enjoys an occasional ride given by anyone who will bend over and push!

• Enjoying a decent night sleep now that Mason is sleeping through the night in his own bed!
